Stripe takes the payment
Every card payment happens on Stripe's own checkout page (the address bar reads checkout.stripe.com), a PCI DSS Level 1 service provider. We receive a confirmation and a receipt reference; we never see or store your card number.

Anything we fail to deliver is refunded in full. Website packages carry a sliding scale that starts at 90% in the first 72 hours. Domains, hosting and mailboxes are paid to providers the moment they are set up, and the page says so plainly. Your bank's dispute rights are untouched.

Shown in pounds sterling, prices exclude VAT, added at checkout. Starter £79 is the total. Your Dream Creator Pty Ltd is not registered for GST, so no tax is added to your price and the invoice we issue is not a tax invoice. If that changes, this page changes with it before any price does. The checkout total is the total: a one-off website package has no monthly fee, and every renewal is quoted before it happens.

Every page, the builder and your account are served only over HTTPS. HSTS tells browsers never to try plain HTTP again, and the certificate is issued and renewed by Cloudflare.

Orders, accounts and your site's content are stored in Cloudflare's key-value store and backed up daily. Customer websites are published on Cloudflare's network. The full list of companies that process data for us is public.

Your account, and the admin behind it, sign in with a six-digit code sent to your email and valid for minutes. We never ask for a password, and there is none to leak.

Every message from us comes from one address, and it is signed

Order confirmations, access links, sign-in codes and renewal reminders all come from that address and are DKIM-signed, so your mail provider can verify they were not forged. Anything from a different address claiming to be Veloċi is not us.

A real message from us links to veloci.build, never to a look-alike, and asks you to sign in with a code on the site, never to type a password into an email.
Honestly
What we do not claim, yet
Veloċi launched in August 2026. There is no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certificate to show you today; both are on the roadmap, and this page will carry the audit reports when they exist. There is no third-party review profile yet either; when reviews exist, each one will link to where it was written. We pay referral fees to partners who send us customers: the programme is public, the customer pays the same price either way, and every partner must say so wherever their link appears. We never pay for a review. The company behind it has traded since 2015, and everything above can be checked without taking our word for it.

A small company is a fair thing to worry about. So here is what is already true today, by design rather than by promise, and then the promise on top of it.
One HTML file, and it is in your account
Everything on your site is inside a single file you can download whenever you like, before or after any edit window. No script on it calls our servers, so nothing of ours can expire underneath it.

Domains bought through Veloċi are registered with you as the registrant at an ICANN-accredited registrar. That is the record that decides who owns a name. You can move it to any registrar with a transfer code, on request, and ICANN's rules give you that right whatever we say.

It speaks IMAP and SMTP like any other, so it works in Apple Mail, Outlook or Gmail, and you can export every message at any time.

Your site is published to Cloudflare, not to a server in a cupboard. Take the file to Cloudflare Pages or Netlify yourself and it runs the same.

If Veloċi were ever wound down, every customer would get at least 90 days' written notice, their site file emailed to them, every domain transfer code released, and hosting kept running until the notice period ends. That is the commitment; the five rows above are why you would not need it.
Badges
The badges we post, and what each one means
Each badge carries the address where its claim can be checked. If you ever see a Veloċi badge promising something you cannot check, it is not ours.

Email [email protected] with what you found. Our security.txt carries the same contact in the standard machine-readable form. Good-faith research on your own account is welcome; please do not access other people's data.
Partner programme
Know a business that needs a website? We pay you £41 when they buy.
Every business finds Veloċi somewhere: an ad, a search, a friend. We'd rather pay the friend. The fees are our advertising budget, paid to the person who brought the customer instead of to Meta, Google or Bing: £15 to £77 a package, plus hosting and mailbox fees every year they stay. The customer pays the same price either way, every partner must say so wherever their link appears, and we never pay for a review.
