What this does not establishOne site, one trade. It establishes that the file is self-contained and renders offline; it does not measure how the site looks to a designer, and a customer who swaps in their own very large photos will get a larger file. Before 9 September the download embedded photos only if the customer had picked them by hand, so a site left on its library photos was NOT self-contained — that is what this now measures and what changed.
