Both say the same thing. The full version is the one that governs; it is on this page whether or not you switch to it.
Email [email protected] with the exact address of the page and what is wrong with it. A person reads every report, usually within one business day. You do not need an account and there is no form to hunt for.
Tell us enough that we can find it and judge it: the link, what you believe is unlawful about it, and how to reach you if we need more. If you are reporting your own copyright, say what the original is and where we can see it.
Nothing disappears silently. The customer is told what was restricted, what we relied on, whether it came from a report or from our own checking, and which rule or law it breached. They can reply and ask us to look again, and they can go to a court or an out-of-court dispute body instead.
If something we see suggests a criminal offence that threatens someone's life or safety, we tell the police straight away. That is the one case where we act before we write to anyone.
Your Dream Creator Pty Ltd (ACN 603 545 722) provides a hosting service within the meaning of Article 3(g)(iii) of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act), by storing information provided by a recipient of the service at that recipient's request. This page sets out the information required by Articles 11, 12, 16, 17 and 18. As a micro enterprise we are exempt from the transparency reporting obligation under Article 15(2); no other exemption in the Regulation applies to us.
Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services may contact us directly and by electronic means at [email protected], marking the message for the attention of the Digital Services Act contact point. We do not require the use of any intermediary or automated tool for that communication.
Languages. We can be addressed in English, which is also the language in which we will reply. Where an authority writes in another official language of the Union we will accept the communication and respond in English.
Recipients of the service may contact us at [email protected], or from the account area of any site we host. The same address serves customers and members of the public.
This contact point does not rely solely on automated tools. Every message is read and answered by a person, normally within one business day. We do not require you to use a chatbot, a telephone menu or any automated system as a condition of reaching us.
Representative in the Union: not yet appointed. Until one is, we do not offer the service in the European Union and do not knowingly accept orders from it.
Any individual or entity may notify us of information on a hosted site that they consider to be illegal content. Notices are submitted by electronic means to [email protected]. The mechanism is free, requires no account and is available to anyone.
To allow a diligent assessment, a notice should contain: a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why the information is considered illegal; the exact electronic location of that information, in particular the precise URL; the name and email address of the person submitting it, except where the content concerns an offence referred to in Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU; and a statement confirming the good-faith belief that the information in the notice is accurate and complete.
A notice containing those elements gives rise to actual knowledge for the purposes of Article 6. We will send a confirmation of receipt without undue delay, and will notify the person who submitted the notice of our decision, together with information on the redress possibilities available to them.
Automated means. We do not use automated means to process, detect or decide notices. Every notice is assessed by a person.
Where we restrict information a customer has provided, we give that customer a clear and specific statement of reasons. We do so whether the restriction takes the form of removal, disabling access, demotion, suspension or termination of the service or the account, and whether or not payment is affected. The statement sets out:
We do not give a statement of reasons where the content is deceptive commercial content of high volume, or where a judicial or administrative authority orders us not to. A customer may ask us to reconsider for 90 days after the decision, and we will review that request without undue delay and not by automated means.
Where we become aware of information giving rise to a suspicion that a criminal offence involving a threat to the life or safety of a person or persons has taken place, is taking place or is likely to take place, we will promptly inform the law enforcement or judicial authorities of the Member State concerned, or of Ireland where the Member State cannot be identified, and provide all information available to us.
Orders to act against illegal content, and orders to provide information, should be sent to [email protected]. We will confirm receipt and inform the authority of the effect given to the order and when. We inform the affected customer of the order and of the effect given to it, at the latest when the order takes effect, unless the order requires otherwise.
We may suspend, after a warning and for a reasonable period, the provision of the service to a customer who frequently provides manifestly illegal content, and the processing of notices from a person who frequently submits notices that are manifestly unfounded. In deciding whether to do so we weigh the number of items concerned, their proportion of the total, the gravity of the misuse and the intention apparent from it.
Partner programme
Every business finds Veloċi somewhere: an ad, a search, a friend. We'd rather pay the friend. The fees are our advertising budget, paid to the person who brought the customer instead of to Meta, Google or Bing: $19 to $94 a package, plus hosting and mailbox fees every year they stay. The customer pays the same price either way, every partner must say so wherever their link appears, and we never pay for a review.
