Coming soon

We are not open for orders in the European Union just yet. There is some paperwork to finish first, and we would rather do it properly than sell around it, so prices here are for reference.

It is your billing address that decides this, not your passport. If yours is in Australia, the United States or New Zealand, you can order today. Otherwise email [email protected] and we will tell you the day we open here.

Both say the same thing. The full version is the one that governs; it is on this page whether or not you switch to it.

The short version

We host real websites for real businesses. This page exists so that when something is badly wrong, we can act quickly and you know in advance what the line is.

  • Anything unlawful where you are, where we are, or where the site is served.
  • Misrepresenting who you are, what you're qualified for, or what a product does.
  • Selling counterfeit goods, or content you don't hold the rights to.
  • Malware, phishing, or pages designed to harvest credentials.
  • Bulk unsolicited email sent from, or advertising, a site we host.
  • Material that sexualises children, incites violence, or harasses a person.
  • Using our hosting as a file dump, proxy, or crypto-mining host rather than a website.

If we think you've crossed the line we'll email you first and give you a chance to fix it, unless the law or the harm involved means we have to act immediately.

Reporting something

Email [email protected] with the address of the page and what's wrong with it. A person reads every report.

1. Application

This policy applies to all content published, transmitted or stored using the Veloċi service, and forms part of the Terms of Service. The customer is responsible for content they publish and for the conduct of anyone they permit to use their account.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

This list describes categories and is not exhaustive.

3. Enforcement

Where we become aware of a breach we may remove or disable the content, suspend the service, or terminate the account. Except where immediate action is required by law, by a supplier, or to prevent ongoing harm, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy. We will tell the customer what was removed and why.

Suspension for breach does not entitle the customer to a refund of amounts already consumed; the Refund Policy governs what is returned.

4. Reports

Reports may be sent to [email protected]. Copyright complaints follow the process at veloċi.com/abuse.

Partner programme

Know a business that needs a website? We pay you €48 when they buy.

Every business finds Veloċi somewhere: an ad, a search, a friend. We'd rather pay the friend. The fees are our advertising budget, paid to the person who brought the customer instead of to Meta, Google or Bing: €18 to €91 a package, plus hosting and mailbox fees every year they stay. The customer pays the same price either way, every partner must say so wherever their link appears, and we never pay for a review.
